The club is run by an executive committee comprising Clive Walley (Chair and Secretary), Bob Gore (Treasurer), Paul Osborne and Barry Raynes. The committee can be formally contacted through the club secretary by the email. They are also around regularly for informal discussion on both match and social chess nights.

The club has a Safeguarding Policy which acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.

We provide regular communications to members and non-members by means of regular email updates. These provide club news, tournament information, details of local chess congresses, etc. People can be included in the mailing list by requesting this from the club secretary.

Communications are carried out in accordance with the club Privacy Policy.
