Our membership structure is as follows.

• Full membership for participation in Bristol League, Somerset League, Club Championship and Challengers tournament.

• Social membership for attendance at social chess, and participation in Summer Tournament and Blitz events.

• No membership necessary for infrequent visits to social chess.

Membership fees are currently £40 for full members; £20 for social members, students, juniors and unemployed. We offer a 50% discount in the first year of membership. These are paid annually and run from September to September. League match players also need to join the Salisbury Club. Moreover, English Chess Federation membership is needed to participate in any competition.
